  April 1, 2014 Terravita Market Update

  March was another good month for the Terravita real estate market with 11 homes going under contract, and the monthly average price per foot staying well above the annual average. Despite what you read in the headlines about real estate – the Terravita market marches on.             

This is WAAAAAY off topic, but I gotta share it with those of you that are like me, and not all that up to date on technology trends. By now even I know that there is an app that can identify the name of any song after hearing just a couple of notes. I thought that was amazing. But now, Google allows you to use your computer to catalog and search for any smells in the world. They call it Google Nose and it can identify any flower, or the type of a mine shaft in West Virginia, almost anything. This just came out and if you haven’t used it yet it will blow you away. Incredible. If you don’t have your Google stock yet, get some! These guys are going to take over the world. But for me . . . it's back to the real estate world. Happy April 1st, everyone!
