As you can see above, Terravita ended a good year on a good note.  The Terravita average price per foot continued its ascent from the summer lows, and jumped another $2 per foot in December on a fair size sampling of 8 closings.  (Strong indicator)

 

 

Terravita also broke a disturbing trend of decreasing annual sales numbers by adding 10 annual sales in 2009 compared to 2008. Could the worst be behind us?

 

 

I will be compiling the 2009 sales stats over the next couple of weeks. I will then will put together a presentation to give those interested an idea of where we have been and where we might be headed.
