The greater Phoenix housing market saw an almost unprecedented drop in demand in the last year, and the Terravita market was not immune to the effects.(Article here: Demand Plunge)  The number of Terravita homes sold in the first half of 2014 dropped 35% from the same period in 2013. The amazing news is that even with this extraordinary change in the market, Terravita pricing continued to increase! Of course the question is how long can that trend continue? Below are the Terravita 2014 Mid Year Statistics.
