No one wants to see the streets littered with those "glamour shot" agent photos on real estate signs. But without signs, how do you find out what's happening in the real estate market? How do you know what has sold, and how fast? What if you want to market your home by yourself... how do you let folks know? This site was created to solve that problem.
My name is Scott Gaertner. I have sold over 400 homes in Terravita alone, but many residents don't know me because I don't advertise. I work by referral only, so you don't get "Just Listed" or "Just Sold" mail from me.
